Lauren Anderson is a Luxury Brand Consultant with over 20 years of experience driving strategic growth for fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands. She partners with businesses to elevate brand positioning, expand audience reach, and develop high-value client strategies that fuel long-term success.
Lauren began her career at NET-A-PORTER during its formative years, where she spent nearly 12 years in the business. She played a key role in driving the expansion of the Personal Shopping team in London, before relocating to New York to launch and lead the VIP Client Relations department. There, she defined and executed the strategy for acquiring and retaining the brand’s most valuable clients (known as EIPs) fuelling the growth of UHNW client relationships and contributing to significant revenue and market expansion in the U.S.
She later joined Moda Operandi as Director of Business Development in New York, where she led UHNW client acquisition and spearheaded strategic B2B partnerships and special projects to grow the Private Client business.
At Dr. Barbara Sturm, Lauren served as VP of Client Experience, where she developed and launched the Sturm Privé VIP program and defined the global client journey for high-value customers. Most recently, as VP of Brand at Cultured Magazine, she consulted across audience development, partnerships, VIP membership, and brand events.
In 2023 Lauren launched her own consultancy, Lauren Anderson Consulting Ltd, partnering with luxury and growth-stage brands across fashion, beauty, fine jewellery, and lifestyle. She offers a bespoke approach to business development, strategic partnerships, VIC (Very Important Client) strategy, and experiential brand elevation. With a global network spanning markets and industries, Lauren supports brands across special projects, events, and brand moments designed to deepen relationships and accelerate growth.
