Lauren Anderson is a Brand and Business Development consultant with two decades of experience driving growth for leading fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands across the US, UK/Europe. Known for her strategic and creative approach, Lauren works with businesses to elevate their brand presence, forge impactful partnerships, and develop high-value client strategies that fuel long-term success.

Lauren began her career at NET-A-PORTER during its formative years, where she spent nearly 12 years supporting and shaping the brand’s global Personal Shopping and VIP Client Relations departments in London, then in New York. There, she built and scaled a new US-based program to acquire, engage, and retain the brand’s top-tier clients, directly contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.

She later joined Moda Operandi as Director of Business Development, where she led UHNW client acquisition, created B2B partnerships, and launched experiential marketing strategies and VIP programs to grow the Private Client business.

At Dr. Barbara Sturm, she served as VP of Client Experience, developing and launching the Sturm Privé VIP program and defining the client journey for global high-value customers. As VP of Brand at Cultured Magazine, Lauren consulted across audience development, partnerships, VIP membership, and brand events.

In 2023, Lauren launched her own consultancy, partnering with luxury and growth-stage brands across fashion, beauty, fine jewellery, and lifestyle. She offers a bespoke approach to business development, strategic partnerships, VIC (Very Important Client) strategy, and experiential brand elevation. With a global network spanning markets and industries, Lauren supports clients across special projects, events, and brand moments designed to deepen relationships and accelerate growth.
